Season outlook:
Washington & Lee again brings a young team into the season and has just one senior on the team after losing conference placewinners David Dennis and Sam Campbell to graduation. The team is mostly freshmen and sophomores, save for one senior and junior captains Dan Igel and HT Kotchinian. Igel and sophomore Connor Duffey are the only returners with winning records in 2012. The hope for the team is that the freshman class will be able to step in and make an impact right away. With five state or National Prep placewinners new this year, there is a chance for improvement as the team gains experience throughout the season.
