Season Outlook:
With the graduation of two NCAA qualifiers and another two-time regional placewinner, the Bullets hope to reload in 2019-2020. Two-time regional placewinner Colin Devlin has 80 career wins and will lead the team this season as he aims for his first trip to the NCAA championships. Sean Thompson and Ray Martin are other 20+ match winners who are back in the lineup this season. The team’s success will hinge on the continued development of a large junior class and whether or not the 11 man freshman class can make a quick adjustment to college wrestling.

Season Outlook:
It is the first year for Head Coach Lance Moore at Keystone. Several key returners come back this year including two year starter and team captain Colby Bronzburg as well as returning regional placewinner Cameron Smith at heavyweight. They will be bolstered by a strong freshman class, led by 2019 PIAA state medalist Joseph Hester from Montrose and undefeated mixed martial artist James Geiger, who was a PA regional qualifier in high school and has spent the last several years perfecting his craft in the cage. Freshman Ethan Harvey comes in as a Maryland state qualifier in high school, and he is joined by fellow Maryland native Jonathan Grimm. Jared Houck comes in at heavyweight after a strong high school career at Sullivan County and figures to be battling with returner Cameron Smith for the heavyweight spot. Freshman Brendan Hamilton is from Hamburg PA, where he was a county champ, sectional champ, and district runner up.

Season Outlook:
The wrestling team continues its upward trend under third-year head coach Jamie Miller. This past season, the wrestling team had four regional place finishers, including all four wrestlers advancing to the semifinals.

“As we did last year, we are looking to continue to build off the success we saw the previous year,” says Miller. “Two years ago, we had one Regional place finisher, last year we had four. We brought in a really high caliber recruiting class that is going to push our returners and add depth at a lot of weight classes that we haven’t had before.”

“We continue to make our schedule more challenging every year with the same goal in mind: to be as prepared as we can for the Regional Tournament in February,” Miller explained. “It’s very exciting to have multiple wrestlers looking to take the next step and put themselves in a position to compete for a trip to nationals.”

Season Outlook:
The goal is the same for the Hawks but in a different city – make a splash on the National scene and bring some hardware back from Cedar Rapids in March. The Hawks look to have a banner year as Tyler Gazaway and Taylor Shay return as NCAA Qualifiers as well Region Placers – Kyle Kaiser, Chris Fuschetto, Jack Kelly and Brett Leonard.

A number of notable returners look to make their name heard on the scene – 20 match winners Luke Bokina, Seth Frohnheiser, Ryan Grebe and Andy Lombard. There have also been some strong additions to the roster and many look to make a splash in the starting lineup.

The schedule is set for the Hawks as they travel to Louisville, Kentucky for the National Duals and Pennsylvania a number of times for the Monarch Invitational (Kings College) and the New Standard Invitational (York). Coach Egan looks to win his 150th dual win as well.
