After finishing officially 3rd in New England following a disqualification in the 141 final, the Anchormen are motivated to reclaim the New England Conference title from 2008.  Rhode Island has filled in some gaps, are two deep at every weight, and have some athletes who will challenge for NEWA championships.  Nick Logan and Mike Martini will be very difficult to replace in the lineup, but with the core of the young 2008 championship team of freshman returning as upperclassmen the veteran all-conference group led by Sutherland 149, Manley 174, Moore 197 combined with the return of sophomore stand out Mike Trasso 141, red shirt sophomore Brendan Guarino 165, and back down to weight Travis Drappi 133 the Anchormen shoulud still be in the hunt.  Scott Legacy and Ryan Rheaume will test the waters at 157 and three solid light weights with Rhodes, Gauthier, and Freshman Sugermeyer will battle at 125.  Sophomore Steve Saba and Freshman Steve Saul will compete at 184.  Transfer Alex LaBeef will challenge Drappi at 133 along with Sophomore Jake Miller.
