Morrisville State Preview

Morrisville State is in the midst of a transition from Junior College to NCAA Division III, and is in year two of the provisional period. They will not compete in the national championships, but will soon be a member of the Empire Conference. In anticipation, they brought in over 30 freshmen this year that will get valuable experience for when the provisional period is finished. Steve Wile returns to the line-up after taking a year off from school. Wile was a national qualifier in 2006. Byran Gomez had 25 wins last year and also returns along with Kevin Kinnear. Kinnear was a JUCO All-American in 2005. Jon Jones is new to the line-up and should have an immediate impact right from the start, as he was a JUCO National Champion in 2006.
