Season outlook:
Brockport took a smaller group to the NCAA tournament last year than is typical for them, but they have six other returning wrestlers in the top four at the Empire to go along with 125 lb. champion Tyler Marlow.  That bodes well for 2010-2011, as it will not take drastic improvement to have multiple national qualifiers.  They will have to deal with excellent Ithaca and Cortland squads if they hope to retake the Empire Championship, but eight returning starters and their typical strong recruiting class should help.  Two Division I transfers and an NJCAA All-American headline a class with five New York state placewinners.  This should mean some serious competition for starting lineup spots and a strong dual meet squad.
