to gain valuable experience working at a college level. The assistant is responsible for carrying out all activities necessary to accomplish the objectives of this sport within the guidelines of the NCAA, Skyline Conference and College of Mount Saint Vincent.
Duties include but not limited to:
0 Develop structured practices to meet certain goals
0 Teach and provide fundamentals, position details, and strategies of wrestling for practices and matches.
0 Counsel student-athletes in good sportsmanship, sport participation, personal development, and academic success.
0 Travel and recruit locally or out of state.
0 Assist in any other duties as instructed by Head Coach

Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Education or related field. Required: Previous successful coaching and wrestling experience on the College or High School level, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, recruiting experience and knowledge of NCAA Division III rules and regulations as well as a valid driver’s license is required.
