Brian Anderson has stepped down as Wabash head coach to become Executive Director of the Indiana Regional Training Center. He had been the head coach of the Little Giants since 2004, leading the team to five top-five NCAA finishes including a runner-up finish in 2022. He coached eight national champions including four-time champ Riley Lefever. He compiled over 160 dual meet wins and capped his Wabash career by coaching Jack Heldt to the 2023 NCAA championship and Elite 90 award.

Associate Head Coach Jake Fredricksen will take the reins for 2023-2024 as interim head coach. Fredricksen has been with Wabash since 2018 and was promoted to associate head coach in 2022. He has previous coaching stops at Division II Indianapolis and North Central. He was a three-time NCAA qualifier for UW-Whitewater and takes over a Wabash team that was third at the Central Region and 10th in the NCAA Championships a year ago.
