Season outlook:
Alma begins competition for the first time this year since 1984. Head Coach Todd Hibbs returns to the bench after sitting out the past few years following a strong tenure at in-state Olivet College. With the team announcing its return near the end of last season, Hibbs hsa been scrambling to fill the team and begin the process of building the program in time for this season. He is a proven recruiter at Olivet, though now he does not have the whole state of Michigan to himself anymore. He managed to nail down a pair of top recruits including undefeated state champion Jared Groeneveld. Two time runner-up Matt Tuttle also joins the program this year.
