Season outlook:
This is a transitional year for Roger Williams as Jon Egan comes in to share head coaching duties with longtime head coach Dave Kemmy. Kemmy was promoted to become the athletic director at Roger Williams this summer and will spend this year handing off control of the team to Egan. The team Egan will inherit has four returning NEWA placewinners and a solid group of freshmen. The strength of the lineup will be from 165-197 where all four of the NEWA placewinners reside. One of their top freshmen, 3x New Jersey qualifier Dante Porrazzo, will be a probable starter at 125 to get things started as one of the few freshmen in the lineup. The rest of the team is hoping to build on its experience to improve their record in 2012 and send a few more guys to the NCAA tournament.
