  1. valastro is a punk he lost to cucciniello from jwu lost, than bumped to 41 and lost to donaleski from jwu.. he doesnt deserve a #1 ranking give it toi legacy while cucciniello is out..steve you have no where to hide loser try 149

  2. Why would you give the #1 ranking to Legacy? Until Cucciniello is back Steve is without question the best wrestler in that weight class and I’d definitely like to see Vstro and Cucc go at it again for a bid to nationals.

  3. Nice personal attack on my son. You mention his only 2 loses this year but remember, he also beat Nat. Ranked #4 Luke Bohm at Oneonta. His plan this year was to go 41 first sem. and 33 the second since the new NCAA rules allow it. He wanted to go 41 at Ith. but his coach wanted him to go 33. I told your JWU coach his plan when he asked me at the RW Invite. Steve has always sought the best competition and wrestling bigger and stronger kids at 41 better prepares him for NE’s and Nats. He has bumped to 41 quite a few times since his soph. year where he wrestled Lacroix at the NEWA Duals. He will be at 33 at NE’s. Sorry, but Cucc won’t have a walk to Nats. As far as the name calling, grow up. Good luck to you and your son.

  4. And i’m pretty sure valastro beat cucc’s brother 2 years ago to go to nationals the first time. Next time they hit we’ll see who is “hiding”. Have a jwu kid wrestle him instead of try to stall on bottom and not wrestle.

  5. Don’t attack JWU because some not so bright individual “ncaafanman” talks about how two of our guys beat him. Trust me I know how dangerous Valastro is. I tell Cucciniello everyday. The score was 16-11 last time in November. Thats alot of people on their backs. Both were lucky to get off. Valastro definately #1 @133. Legacy (RIC)will have his time, Valastro’s earned it. To bad they won’t meet on Sunday the 25th, JWU needs him as USM matches up well with us. Cucciniello is still rehabing. Signed Coach Allen(JWU)
PS. Valastro crushed Cuccineillo’s brother Tom 14-6???? as I recall.

  6. Hi Coach Allen. I have nothing but respect for your program and coaching staff as well as any kid who steps on the mat to represent his school and himself. Your programs success speaks for itself. My post was a reply to ncaafanman. Congrats on another NEWA duals championships.
