The NCAA has release the finalist sites for the 2015-2018 NCAA Championships. The four finalists are La Crosse, Wisconsin, Cedar Rapids, Iowa, Cleveland, Ohio, and Hershey, Pennsylvania. La Crosse hosted most recently in 2011 and 2012. Cedar Rapids hosted in 2008, 2009, 2010, 2013, and will host in 2014. If Cleveland or Hershey has hosted, it has not been for a very long time. Recent championships in the Eastern time zone were in Ewing, NJ,  in 2006 and 1999, Ada, OH, in 2003 and 2000, and Wilkes-Barre, PA, in 2002.

Final site selections will be announced on December 11th via webcast at ncaa.com.

  1. Time to share the wealth west, Cleveland seems to make the most sense being the most central location but I have been to Hersey many times and the Giant Center is a great arena, ample parking and hotels, plus the hot bed of our great country in wrestling. 🙂

  2. hershey pa is the perfect spot wen u consider all of wat it has 2 offer… great restaurants in the area, great hotel selections,7 the arena is absolutely the perfect setting 4 wrestling.. :)))
