It’s a shame we couldn’t see if he finally finished his career on top after 4 perfect regular season.
Congratulations Troy!!! an outstanding honor 2020 wrestler of the year – I know a little about the sacrifice, mindset, and daily pursuit of excellence you put forth throughout your life to accomplish this goal. Also, congratulations to your entire family, the team of supporters, coaches, and fellow wrestlers who helped you along the way.
I was always impressed with the humility of your sellar success and gratitude for coaches and teammates after every victory.
It is hopeful and wishful for me to say there’s still the Olympic dream and World Championships someday in the future for you.
Congratulations Troy, these are well-earned achievements! Sometimes it was a little overwhelming for a grandma, but I loved every minute of your wrestling Years. I now look forward to following your career but I know wrestling will always be part of your life.
