Season outlook:
Washington & Jefferson Returns most of its starters from a very young team after only graduating 2 starters. The team will be led by All-American Josh Etzel and qualifier Jacob Spearman. After starting six freshman last year, the team hopes to see significant improvement as those wrestlers take advantage of the experienced gained in the lineup in 2013. A notable returner to the lineup is Dave DiBenedetto, who took last season off and has a 50-28 career record. Etzel was the team’s first All-American since 2002, he will be a contender for a high spot on the podium as W&J continues to improve under 3rd year coach Tommy Prairie.
