Position: Assistant Wrestling Coach/Lecturer
Job Description: The assistant wrestling coach responsibilities range from planning, recruiting, coaching, developing, implementing and communicating to achieve University and Department objectives as well as teaching duties within the Department of HPRC. Goals and objectives are to be developed prior to the beginning of each season with the Head Wrestling Coach. Exhibit behavior that enhances the respect for the student-athletes, the athletics program, the University, and yourself in the conduct of your professional responsibilities. You are required to assist with the program in accordance with NCAA, WIAC, and University rules and regulations.
Qualifications: Masters Degree required. Coaching experience required, proven teaching experience preferred. Candidates must have the ability to manage multiple tasks. Excellent written and oral skills, knowledge of computer applications and software packages, organizational abilities, and event management. Must be able to work weekends/evenings and travel.
