Returning NCAA Qualifiers, NCAA All-Americans, and NWCA Placewinners:
Dominick Reyes (2x NCAA Qualifier – 2020 All-American)

Top Returning Starters:
Dominick Reyes (165) (2x NCAA Qualifier, 2020 Centennial Conference & NCAA Regional Champion, 34-2 in 2019-20)
Joe Paul (174) (30-17 record in 2019-20, 4th at Centennial Championship and 7th at NCAA Regional).
Brent Lorin (125) (20-11 as a freshman in 2019-20 before injury knocked him out of Centennial Conference Championships and NCAA Regional)
Hank Behaeghal (285) (4th at Centennial Championships & NCAA Regional in 2019-20).

Top Incoming Wrestlers:
Chris Roybal (So.) – JHU didn’t compete in 2020-21 (Roybal’s freshman year). Expected to contribute at 157. Posted a 39-6 record as a HS senior, when he won a state and MIAA title.
Earned All-America honors at the National Prep Championships with a seventh-place finish as a senior.

Mike Massa (So.) – JHU didn’t compete in 2020-21 (Massa’s freshman year), Should contribute right away at 197. Won district and region titles and placed sixth at the New Jersey State Championships as a HS senior, when he compiled a 36-7 record.

Season Outlook:
Johns Hopkins enters the 2021-22 season with its largest roster in several years and solid depth throughout the lineup. The Blue Jays should be strong at the upper weight classes with Dominick Reyes (165) and Joe Paul (174) headlining the lineup. Head coach Keith Norris’s team has traditionally peaked at the end of the season and quietly has three consecutive top 6 finishes at the NCAA Regional to its credit (3rd, 5th, 6th). If the Blue Jays stay healthy, they could contend for the Centennial Conference title.
