Description
The Head Women’s Wrestling Coach will develop and administer all aspects of the inaugural Luther College women’s wrestling team and program, including coaching, recruiting student-athletes, practice, and game organization, arranging team travel, and promoting academic success and retention. Responsible for building and maintaining a successful program and providing energetic leadership and inclusivity for students on the mat, in the classroom, and in the community.
