Coco to lead Hunter

Nicholas Coco has been named head coach at Hunter College. The former Brockport and Mount St. Vincent wrestler has been coaching at the high school level since 2018. After missing last season due to COVID-19, the Hawks will take the mat for the first time this year on December 4th at the Bob Quade Open at Centenary.

Coco┬ácomes to Hunter after having coached at Ram’s Wrestling Club in East Meadow, NY. He coached high school wrestling since 2018 at W.T. Clarke, Edgemont High School, and Churchville-Chili, where he coached a NYS Champion and two qualifiers, 14+ All-Section athletes, six All-County selections and led his team to a League Championship, NYS All-Section Runner Up and the NYS Team Sportsmanship award, among other recognitions…
