Arthur makes UWW Junior Greco national finals

Angus Arthur, an All-American from Adrian College and the d3wrestle.com Freshman of the Year, was the runner-up at the UWW Junior National Greco-Roman finals yesterday in Las Vegas. Arthur picked up a pair of tech falls at 96kg to make the best of three finals against G’Angleo Hancock. Hancock won both matches over Arthur to make the Junior World team at 96kg. Hancock recently finished third in both the US Senior Nationals and the Olympic Trials at 98kg.

Arthur is also set to compete in today’s freestyle tournament at 96kg, as is Brandon Arteaga of Whitewater.
