Season outlook:
The loss of NCAA runner-up Mike Reilly will hurt, but head coach Ned McGinley, now entering his 44th year as head coach, is confident that 2012-2013 will show an improved Monarch wrestling team.  A trio of Metro placewinners return and are joined by a pair of incoming Pennsylvania state qualifiers that should add depth the roster and give a more solid lineup from top to bottom. All three returning Metro placers defeated at least one NCAA qualifier last year, so each of them is looking to take the next step and travel to Cedar Rapids next March.
