Season Outlook:
Number 12 TCNJ is looking for another Metro conference championship, but the job got a lot harder this year with the addition of perennial power and 8th ranked Delaware Valley moving from the Midwest Region to the Metro.  Wilkes, Elizabethtown, and Centenary also will be in the mix looking to spoil the Lions repeat chances.  That said, TCNJ brings back a very strong lineup featuring a lot of returning starters and six former NCAA qualifiers.  Late season injuries really hurt the team last year, but many of them return this year to form a lineup that could have as many as five senior starters.  The battle for the Metro championship should be entertaining to watch, as will the Lions’ quest to return to the NCAA top ten.
