After an unusual year with no qualifiers, Mount St. Joseph is back and looking to return to the championships.  Four regional placewinners return to a team that will otherwise have a young starting lineup.  Meyer, Massong, Pope, and Truster each have been top 4 finishers in the tough Midwest Regional and should each challenge for a spot at the NCAA tournament.  A good group of freshmen will fill in some of the other starting spots in the lineup.  The highlight of the recruiting class is 4x Kentucky placewinner Isaac Ervin who won the state title last year.  A number of other Ohio state placewinners should challenge for starting spots in the upperweights and lower weights.  Mount St. Joseph has a very tournament heavy schedule, so some of their wrestlers could come into the postseason with the most matches of any DIII wrestlers.
