A very balanced and talented lineup that includes a mixture of upperclassmen and newcomers will compete for the three-time defending Midwest Regional champions. Dale Fava (149) is the lone returning national qualifier from last year and head coach Brandon Totten is hopeful that Jesse Harrington (157) can regain the form that led him to the 2008 national tournament after missing last year with an injury. Returnees such as Eric McCann (133), Zak Andrews (141), Justin Barowksi (165), Martin Porter (184) and Jeff Siciliano (197) will look to take the next steps and reach the NCAA Championships. Another returning wrestler to watch is sophomore Charlie Frankel who went 11-7 in limited time at 125 pounds last year. He will battle Zac Haynes for the starting 125 position – a spot that was vacated by two-time All-American Chris Sheetz who transferred to Kutztown.  Delaware Valley was 5th at the NCAA tournament in March, and it will take improvement up and down the lineup if they hope to match or exceed that finish in 2010.
