Oneonta will be lead by lone NCAA qualifier J. Wake and conference runner-up J. Lamonica, but returns several solid past starters at 9/10 weight classes with at least 5 having 20+ win seasons.  The accumulation of numerous impact freshmen and transfers should make them a very solid team.  09 freshman standout Kris Stafford will move down to 174 and should show continued success. Cogen won several big matches before injury last year and will be down from 133 to 125. Davy is also down from a cut-throat 141 in the Empire last year to 133. With the addition of 4 D1 transfers as well as NJCAA All-Americans Reese and Wade, competition for the starting spots will be very tough.  The Red Dragons show great potential and could surprise many if they remain healthy this season.
