Whitewater had three All-Americans for the first time in 20 years and also finished with an undefeated record against Division III teams, beating eventual NCAA 3rd place team UW-Lax in a WIAC dual.  Senior Austin Bautista is back for another run at the 141 title after losing a single match in the semifinals last year.  He is one of six seniors who will form the heart of the lineup for the Warhawks along with sophomore national qualifier Max Oldenburg.  There is good depth at a few weights where multiple WIAC placewinners will compete for time.  The loss of two All-Americans will hurt, but the hope is that the rest of the team will take a step up this season and move Whitewater up the WIAC standings.
